Our story
Built on a shared belief that care could be better.
Delore Care was founded on a shared frustration.
Our founders spent years working across the care sector, from large national providers to smaller local operators, and saw the same challenges repeated everywhere.
Families wanted good care. Carers wanted to deliver good care. The people receiving that care deserved nothing less. But the systems, pressures and processes around them didn’t always make it possible.
Care became rushed for the sake of efficiency. Visits became tasks. The human moments that matter most – a familiar face, a conversation, a small act of kindness — got lost in the
mechanics of delivering a service.
Yet one thing was always clear…
We know families worry about the cost of care, but before anything else they want to know that the person they love will be treated with dignity, kindness and respect.

They simply wanted to know that their loved one would be well cared for.
That someone would treat them with dignity. That the small details of their day would still matter.
Delore Care was created to demonstrate that high-quality, relationship-centred care is achievable with the right culture, training and operational model – not as an aspiration, but as a daily reality. For the people we care for. For the families who trust us. And for the carers who make it all possible.
What we believe
We believe care should never feel rushed, impersonal or transactional – whether you’re the person receiving it, a family member arranging it, or a carer delivering it.
For the people we support, that means feeling respected and understood as an individual. Not managed. Not processed. Supported in a way that reflects who you are and how you want to live.
For families, it means genuine reassurance. Knowing that the person you love is in the hands of people who notice the small details, build real relationships and treat every visit as an opportunity to make someone’s day a little brighter.
For our carers, it means working somewhere that invests in them properly — with the training, trust and support to do their job with confidence, compassion and real professional pride.
These aren’t values we simply display on a wall. They shape how we recruit, how we train, how we lead and how we show up for everyone who relies on us.

Our vision
To lead the future of care by setting a new standard for relationship-centred support – one that enhances everyday life for the people we care for, the families who trust us, and the carers who make it all possible.
Our mission
To deliver intuitive, professional care that supports dignity, independence and wellbeing in every place we care for people.
We achieve this by:
Because when carers are supported to perform at their best, the people they care for feel the difference.

Our values
We recruit for kindness, empathy and respect before qualifications, knowing that compassion is the foundation of great care.
Every person deserves to feel respected, comfortable and valued in their own home and in every moment of care.
We support people to live life on their own terms, for as long as possible.
Care is a skilled profession. We invest in training, knowledge and continuous development so carers feel confident and capable in the work they do.
Everyone at Delore Care takes responsibility for the wellbeing of the people we support.
Great care is not just about completing tasks. It is about noticing the person, understanding what matters to them, and responding with kindness and attention to detail.
Our people
Our carers are the reason Delore Care works.
They do more than complete tasks. They build relationships. They notice small changes. They bring reassurance, dignity and genuine warmth to the people they support, day in and day out.
That’s why we invest in our people properly. Not just in training, but in their confidence, their wellbeing and their sense of purpose. We want every
carer who works with us to feel trusted, supported and proud of what they do.
Because when carers feel valued, that shows up in every visit, every
conversation and every small moment of care.
“Would we care for our own parents this way?”
That’s the question that keeps us honest. And the standard we hold ourselves
to every day.

Final thought
Care is one of the most personal decisions a family will ever make. We don’t take that lightly.
Whatever stage you’re at, whether you’re just starting to explore options, ready to arrange support, or considering a career in care, we’re here to have an honest conversation.
