Mobility support
When getting around becomes more difficult, it can feel like the world starts to shrink — and with it, independence, confidence and connection to the things that make life meaningful.
Our mobility support service is here to make sure that doesn’t happen. Whether it’s help moving safely around the home, getting outside for some fresh air or accompanying you on errands and appointments, we’re here to support you to stay active and engaged in the life you want to lead.

What this looks like in practice
We support with moving around the home safely and confidently, whether that’s getting up in the morning, moving between rooms or managing stairs.
We accompany you on trips outside the home – to the shops, appointments, community activities or simply for a walk – so that life beyond your front door remains within reach.
Our carers don’t just assist physically, they encourage and support emotionally too, helping you feel safe and confident in your movement rather than anxious or dependent.
Where appropriate, we work alongside physiotherapists and occupational therapists to support mobility in a way that complements any wider care or rehabilitation plan.
