Jim Jordan brings over two decades of business consulting expertise to his role at Delore Care. As Head of Strategic Relationships and Special Projects, Jim ensures that as Delore Care grows, it preserves its culture and values whilst continuously raising standards. He is responsible for developing existing and new strategic relationships, improving the client journey, and driving strategic customer service excellence across all stakeholder groups. He works alongside the Strategic Board and Senior Management Team to ensure seamless alignment between operational delivery and strategic direction
