Kike Olatundun is Co-Founder and Quality Director of Delore Care. With a strong background in health and social care, Kike plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s quality standards, governance, and continuous improvement strategy. As Quality Director, she oversees compliance, staff training, service delivery frameworks, and quality assurance systems to ensure that care provision consistently meets regulatory requirements and exceeds client expectations.
Prior to co-founding Delore Care, Kike held a number of senior roles within the health and social care sector, including Training Lead, Quality Manager, Quality Business Partner, and Senior Contract Manager — a role in which she oversaw commissioning and performance relationships across four local authorities. She also holds registration as a CQC Registered Manager, bringing direct regulatory accountability and operational leadership to her role as Quality Director. These experiences equipped her with deep operational knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and human dimensions of quality care.
Kike is passionate about promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for service users, and about ensuring that competence and compassion are present at every level of the organisation. She has been instrumental in embedding core values — including integrity and excellence — into Delore Care’s culture, in direct alignment with its mission to support individuals in living fulfilling lives.
As Co-Founder, Kike has contributed significantly to the strategic growth and development of the organisation, helping to establish a care model that emphasises collaboration, innovation, and personalised care planning. Under her leadership in quality management, Delore Care continues to strengthen its governance systems and maintain high standards of safe, effective, and responsive care.
Kike holds a Master of Business Administration.
