Oye Oladejo is the People Services Manager at Delore Care, bringing over 19 years of diverse experience across health and social care, education, learning and development, leadership, corporate training, and retail. At Delore Care, she leads recruitment, training, and human resources, fostering a supportive people culture, strengthening staff capability, and ensuring that every stage of the employee experience aligns with the organisation’s commitment to excellence and compassionate care.
Oye holds a PhD in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and has lectured in the Department of Leadership, Management and Marketing at Leicester Castle Business School. She also holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
Her career spans Europe and Africa, where she has guided sector-wide advocacy, coordinated international knowledge-exchange programmes, and shaped policies and operational frameworks for development institutions. She has led impactful organisational development and learning initiatives for organisations including AFOS Foundation, Microfinance Learning and Development Centre, Sarina Russo, and Gram Training Ltd.
